BACKGROUND. It is January 3, 2012.
It is past Christmas 2011. We have finished partying. We're done exchanging gifts with friends and love ones. In fact, pictures of celebrations have been posted online. Now, the Christmas Spirit slowly subsides. Then, it's all gone for another year.
This page aims to continue what we have during the past weeks we prepared for Christmas 2011. Lets continue the merriment and keep the Christmas spirit in our hearts, when we find it easy to show peace, love and goodwill to all.
As the countdown begins for Christmas 2012, I knock onto your heart as we prepare for the day of sharing our blessing to those in need, specially to the children.
From Day 1 of Christmas 2012, i.e., December 26, 2011 until January 2, 2012, I pledge for eight Christmas presents.
Christmas is not a one-day event. Like every occasion, it needs preparation and support from other parties. So I knock on your hearts to take one day of the 366 Days of 2012 to share something to 366 chidren recipients of our gifts.
Join and support now the 366 Days of Christmas 2012, and know that it is in giving that we receive, in many ways and forms.

HOW CAN WE HELP?
The 366 Days of Christmas Project aims to collect a gift daily for one child. All you have to do is: 1. Like the 366 Days of Christmas 2012 page on Facebook; 2. Post on its wall your pledge and your chosen date; 3. Let the coordinator know of your commitment. Lets make each day like Christmas! God bless everyone! :) |
